Our client is a family owned and operated company, delivering highly regarded IT and personnel services to the UK rail industry from their Head Offices in Weston-super-Mare. If you have experience in B2B Sales, a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and a willingness to put the client???s needs above a hard sale, then this role may be for you.

Their growing portfolio, and the value we place on maintaining excellent relationships with their clients, has led to the creation of a Sales/Client Liaison position. Working closely with new and existing customers, the successful candidate will look to understand their needs and best position the Company???s products and services to them. This fairly unique position will see you identifying opportunities for new product sales during your time spent on client care, as well as reaching out to new clients to develop new relationships.

The company is seeking an individual who is willing to travel and operate autonomously across the UK. Knowledge of the Rail Sector would be advantageous but is not a deal breaker. The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to help define and grow a business development position, initially within the Rail sector, and potentially beyond.

In return, they offer a competitive basic salary of circa ??25k, commensurate with experience, in conjunction with a car and the opportunity for career growth.
