We are looking for a Digital Designer with a proven track record in connecting user-centred product development with exceptional visual design to join our team in Northampton.
We work in highly collaborative teams that embed our client partners closely within and strongly favour open channels of feedback to enable success with building digital products that improve peoples daily lives.
We seek out new team members to help us continue raising the bar with our design thinking and craft and encourage all interested to apply.
You???ll be involved in every aspect of product development, supporting design projects across the entire product life cycle and multiple launches.
You???ll bring your full range of visual design, interaction design, and product design skills to the table, working closely with other designers, developers, and coaches/PMs to define learning solutions for a variety of amazing global clients!
REQUIREMENTS
Who you are:
- When it comes to design, you can tell ???good??? from ???great???. The interactions, flows and experiences you design are simple and elegant.
- You have strong visual design skills, particularly around how good visual design coheres with interaction and usability.
- Strong ability to think technically and collaborate with technologists to understand the benefits, possibilities and constraints of common coding languages and platforms.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity, helping to surface and define the problems not just the solutions.
- Clearly communicate the value of design and brand within a product design and business context.
- You have a strong understanding and working knowledge of platform patterns such as Web, iOS and Android.
- You're experienced in producing and providing production ready assets across multiple platforms.
- And finally, we want someone who is willing to work within a great team environment - were our ethos is 'work hard - play hard'
