Joining us as a Systems Analyst based in Gloucester, you will assist the Business Analyst in analysing, standardising and maintaining our Workday HR system. Within the role, you will process requirements with customers and end-users in order to maximise customer compliance and use of HR Process. Candidates for this position will be responsible for implementing new business processes, practices and procedures ensuring the successful delivery of information solutions from our central business functions and national operational teams.

Within this position, you will make certain business units within the group are running at an efficient capacity through the use of analytics. The Systems Analyst will identify key areas of weakness in Systems and Processes alongside seeing the solutions through to completion. Maintaining workflows and processes within the HR systems such as Workday in order to maximise user ‘self-service’ whilst adhering to delivering best practice HR process. The successful candidate will facilitate user acceptance testing of HR System changes to understand the effect that those changed have across our Group. Acting as a super user for HR systems, you will train users acting as first line support for HR users. Approaching the work in a methodical manner, you will guarantee projects are completed to timescales with risk mitigation alongside supporting other members of the Finance systems as required. The successful Systems Analyst will provide IT solutions and support for other finance systems such as procurement, finance and payroll.

Ideally candidates for this position will hold experience of administering Workday or coupled with experience of Systems within HR, Finance or payroll, ideally you will have knowledge of using Workday, however this is not essential as full training will be given. The successful Systems Analyst will have working knowledge within a business analysis role, preferably in a commercial or consultancy environment. Working with different computer systems & software you will have knowledge of HRIS processes with a financial and commercial acumen alongside process mapping. Candidates for this position will be accomplished in data and information analysis coupled with the ability to work within a team and under remote management. Moreover, we are looking for outstanding individuals to forge a career as a certified HCM Workday specialist and play an integral role in managing how its utilised by the business within a solutions focused, fast paced and vibrant environment.
