High Wycombe 
£19,000 - £24,000 D.O.E.

(Fluent in English and another European Language preferably French)

About Us:

This well-established family business is a leading British designer and wholesaler of wedding and party supplies. With significant growth and a busy new season ahead we are seeking an experienced office administrator who is bilingual (English and another European language), to take a pragmatic approach in supporting the sales team and provide superior customer service to large multiples and high street stores alike. 

You need to be excited by new challenges and by providing excellent service to our customers. 

The role duties will mostly include but are not limited to:

+ Supporting the sales team in following through with customers to develop sales and reach targets
+ Providing pre and post-sales customer service to our customers over the phone and via email 
+ Using your initiative to find pragmatic solutions to customer, sales and logistics problems 
+ Supporting our international marketing and show event organisation
+ Researching into new markets and building new prospect lists as needed 
+ Analysing and reporting sales Accounts information
+ Support with International agent projects
+ Translation (depending on the language you are bi-lingual in) as required for website, emails, advertisements/press releases etc. and product packaging
+ Organising and booking European / International logistics / couriers 
+ Cover other roles/functions during holiday/sick cover and at exceptionally busy times

Bi-Lingual Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator Required Skills & Experience:

This role sits within a close knit team of driven and dedicated colleagues who are passionate about the products they sell and about the business they support. 

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

+ Fluency in English and at least one European language to business standard (oral and written), preferably in either French, German or Scandinavian
+ Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard
+ Significant experience in sales support administration and customer service
+ Experience completing New Line Forms (NFL's)
+ Experience of providing customer support to large multiples and high street stores and working to their specification manuals preferred
+ Some experience of assessing and booking European or International logistics / couriers 
+ Strong organisational, time management and prioritising skills
+ Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to learn new sales database systems
+ Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
+ Strong team player – know when to lead and when to support
+ Ability to work proactively using own initiative and problem solving
+ Proactive attitude to manage multiple tasks, enthusiastic and keen to learn;
+ Ability to retain a high level of detail while working under pressure; 
+ Must be happy in a small company environment and have a proactive attitude and ‘hands-on’ approach;
+ Live within easy reach of Lane End Industrial Park. Location is not well served by public transport so will need own car / bike or suitable alternative.
