Salary ??35,000 per annum (dependant on skills & exp)
We are looking for an experienced registered Service Manager for a two bed childrens home in Bridgewater, supporting young people with EBD and challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities:
You will be able to manage the home successfully to the high standards set by Ofsted and the company. Strong staff management skills and the ability to bond, unify and develop the team are required along with good financial and budgetary skills. Working with the regional manager, quality team and the company you will drive the home to outstanding with Ofsted.
Job Requirements
oPrevious experience and a proven track record in managing childrens homes and working with young people with EBD
oLevel 5 or equivalent qualification is required (NVQ 4 or RMA)
oDemonstrable management experience
oExperience of developing a service
oA desire and commitment to deliver a quality service to the people we support
oFlexible and adaptable with the ability to problem solve
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
