The company is a privately owned Midlands based contractor operating nationally within the private, public, commercial, leisure and retail sectors, having a number of blue chip companies as customers within each sector.

The company designs and delivers complete solutions regarding all aspects of construction, from inception to completion, incorporating the design, management and construction of individual and roll out contracts.

Job Role:

The company is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Stoke-On-Trent.

The candidate must be able to carry out and experienced in the following tasks:

• Client liaison
• Commercially aware and financially responsible for projects
• Estimating / Costing
• Experienced in fit out and construction
• Tender and proposal submissions
• Negotiating
• Fully IT Literate
• Procurement
• Supply chain management and negotiating
• Knowledge of Contracts and Contract Law.
• Interim and Final Accounts.
• Account Manager.
• Able to work in a team as well-being responsible for individual projects
• Qualifications as follows would be helpful;

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid
• Manual Handling
• Face Fitting ( Mask ) Trainer
• Fire Marshall
• IPATH
• PASMA
• Temporary Works co-ordinator

The role is predominately based in the Office in Stoke on Trent and therefore the candidates

must be within a reasonable Travel distance from the office, however we carry out projects nationally.
