We're on the lookout for a capable and enthusiastic individual who shares our values to work for one of the UK's leading social businesses. Based in our Oxford head office, you will gain an insight into many aspects of our fast-growing and innovative organisation and to see at first-hand how we put our commitment to society and the environment into practice whilst running a financially sound business.

As we expand and take on our biggest centre to date, The Green House in London in late 2017, as well as other projects, we require more support in the Operations team. You will provide administrative support to the Operations team, sending out leases and licences to our existing tenants and new tenants, as well as providing critical cover for the rest of the Operations team during times of absence, or during busy periods.

You will share responsibility with the other Operations Assistants (one full-time and one part-time), for all tenant-related administration and record-keeping and will be one of the first points of contact for new tenants. On top of that, you'll be in regular contact with our amazing tenants and working alongside our lovely staff team, all of whom are here because they believe in the way we do things and the way we treat people.

The company is a social business providing office and meeting space to over a 1,000 charities, not-for-profit organisations and voluntary groups across the country each year, within our 23 centres. Our tenants work in variety of sectors; from homelessness to animal welfare; from sustainable transport to drug rehabilitation. Our aim is to ensure that our centres act as platforms from which our tenants can deliver a lasting and positive social impact.
