CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEADER
CSSC is a not for profit membership organisation based in High Wycombe, providing a diverse range of sports, leisure and wellness activities to public sector employees.
We are seeking an ambitious Customer Support Team Leader to lead, develop and motivate the customer support and eCommerce teams.
Key accountabilities
• Plan and prioritise team work activities
• Manage all member contact and data effectively
• Review and improve key business processes
