We are looking to recruit a Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to support our London based Construction/Roofing company. This role will be an immediate start, with flexible terms and negotiable salary.
The successful candidate will be managing client relationships, works budgets and schedules and organising works from quotation to completion. They may consider a candidate who is a Graduate of relevant degree.
Duties & Responsibilities:
??? Analyse and prepare tender documents
??? Take notes and prepare meeting minutes
??? Assist the Senior Management/QS
??? Monitor any variations to the contract that may impact costs
Candidate Requirements:
??? Relevant degree required
??? Excellent communication skills
??? Good IT skills
??? Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
??? Ability to work to deadlines
