Kitchen Porter, Tate St Ives

Tate Catering's aim is to be the market-leading caterer within the arts and to consistently provide outstanding food, drink and service at the four Tate sites and the other sites within our business.

Tate St Ives is looking for two talented, ambitious and friendly team-players to join the small but busy kitchen as Kitchen Porters. One of these position is offered on a permanent basis from 6th March, and the other one on a fixed-term basis from 6th March to 3rd September 2017. Ideal candidates will have previous similar experience, a 'can do' attitude, and will be able to work flexible hours over a 5 day week including weekends and some early mornings and late nights. Our successful Kitchen Porters will:

• Have proven attention to detail in cleaning equipment and kitchens 
• Be flexible with working hours
• Work well within a team and be self-motivated 
• Work to the highest hygiene standards
• Be pro-active, reliable and demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
