Job Elements: -

• 12 month contract
• Gathering requirements from the Service Delivery Team.
• Document new site functionality and workflows.
• Preparing mind map of the propose site layout for approval.
• Design and create the team site
• Create and maintain application documentation which is relevant to the SharePoint environment
• Updating & generating help material
• Work with the IT Service Manager to train out functionality

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent experience of configuring and supporting SharePoint 2010/2013
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and under general supervision
• Strong experience of working in a support environment.
