The Digital Marketing Manager Opportunity:
 
We need someone who is comfortable in planning managing and evaluating our internal digital marketing campaigns. So you will be able to demonstrate proficiency and results in:
 
+ B2B Lead generation and nurture in a fast paced technology business environment leading to regular quarterly multi-million pound deals.
+ Lifecycle management of existing customers. Must demonstrate capability to nurture and grow an existing client base through account based marketing. 
+ Driving prospect and customer engagement via CRM and marketing automation solutions, ideally Salesforce.com and IBM Marketing Cloud (Silverpop).
+ Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including (email, web, SEO/PPC, social, webinars) Accountable for creation and project management of Campaign briefs and plans and a single point of contact for various stakeholders, throughout the life of each campaign. 
+ Working with key external technology partners to plan and direct joint marketing campaigns and events leading to joint lead generation and customer growth opportunities.
+ Proficiency in project planning and campaign KPI measurement/analysis in order to identify activities and channels with highest ROI. 
+ Developing and leveraging customer insight to engage and nurture customers across all digital channels
+ Interaction with commercial stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management and delivery teams
 
The role is strategic in nature and you will be working very closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications alongside a wider marketing team that will support you with campaign execution and management. You will be a strong collaborator with experience in working with colleagues across the business particularly in sales but also in communications and content development. 
 
About You…
 
+ 5+ years B2B digital marketing experience in a fast-paced software, or related high-technology business environment industry targeting the retail and B2B sectors with high value technology purchases £500K+. 
+ 3+ years in a demand generation role with particular emphasis in supporting sales teams with strong marketing initiatives to both acquire new customers and to grow the business of the existing customer base. 
+ Digitally and social media savvy and comfortable working in a multichannel environment to drive prospect engagement, lead generation and incremental revenue.
+ Strong analytical skills, ability to understand, track, drill-down and question activities and issues to support sound business decisions with an emphasis on ROI.
+ Experience managing technical aspects of marketing systems including using CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) and marketing automation solutions IBM Marketing Cloud (Silverpop). 
+ Strong project and campaign management skills 
+ Experience in dealing with technology / channel partners to define, deliver and manage joint marketing campaigns.

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a creative discipline preferred
+ Experience leading strategic brainstorming, marketing campaign development, and execution.
+ Experience briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers 
+ Strong presentation skills and writing skills
+ Experience in managing budgets
