LECTURER - ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Technology Department - Broadwater Site
Salary: GBP24,498 - GBP30,147 per annum
Hours: 1.0 FTE (37 hours per week)

We are looking for an experienced, qualified and occupationally competent Lecturer to effectively deliver outstanding education and training across our vocational provision at Levels 1-3 in Electrical Installation
Working with students aged from 16 - 19 + in a workshop environment, you will have a hands on role developing a curriculum to suit the students' needs and ensuring the competence of the next generation of skilled tradespersons. You should have a good understanding of the needs and issues of young people and be able to communicate effectively with them.
You need to be qualified to a minimum of NVQ 3 / National Diploma or equivalent level, with experience of teaching on Electrical Installation courses and also be able to demonstrate a solid experience of work in the construction industry.
You also need to hold a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to attain a teaching qualification as soon as possible. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can stimulate, inspire and support students at all levels to achieve.
