Job Title: Landscape Garden Designer

Location:  Fareham, Hampshire PO14

Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience

Based in Titchfield, Fareham the company’s services cover the whole of Hampshire and into the surrounding counties.

The company currently have 2 vacancies for Landscape Garden Sales Designers, to work with a Senior Experienced Designer, providing potential clients with reliable and workable solutions for their garden projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Design:

• To convert enquiry leads into live projects
• Achieve sales budget and profits
• Provide customers with solutions for their gardens, present detailed drawings

Estimating: 

• Understand client’s requirements
• Provide customers with competitive quotes, maintaining profit margins

People Management:

• To build teamwork
• Provide Clear Instructions
• Induct new staff
• Undertake appraisals
• Develop Training Matrix
• Manage health & safety within team and risk assessments

The Candidate:

• Experience of working as a Designer
• Horticulture knowledge/qualification desired
• Good interpersonal skills
• Sales and Customer focused
• Computer literate ideally with experience using, CAD, KeySCAPE or sketchup
• Time management skills
