SIXTH FORM ADMINISTRATOR
An enthusiastic and committed administrator is required to provide support to the Sixth Form Team, comprising the Director of Sixth Form and three Deputy Heads of Sixth Form.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, experienced and able administrator who will support the girls with preparation for and application to UK universities and provide support to the Sixth Form team with organising appointments and liaising with girls and staff on behalf of the Director of Sixth Form.
The successful applicant will possess excellent IT skills, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and have an eye for detail. Knowledge of university applications systems, particularly working knowledge of UCAS would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am — 3.00pm (30 hours per week) plus occasional Saturday mornings 8.30am —12 noon and occasional weekday evenings to assist with events.
This post operates during Wycombe Abbey term time, however you will be required to work for one week at the end of Easter holiday, one week at the beginning of the Summer holiday, one week over the A level results period and one week at the end of the summer holiday. Total working weeks are 39 per annum.
