Front of House Manager

We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Cambridge Regional College we are currently looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent and will receive a competitive salary of £23,282 - £24,847 per annum.

Cambridge Regional College is an ambitious and high achieving Further Education College. About the Front of House Manager role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has experience in leading and managing front of house activities.

The successful candidate will be working in a small team to deliver the practical front of house curriculum as well as managing our busy restaurant and bistro. You will be working alongside full time learners from entry level to level 3.

As the Front of House Manager, you must be able to maintain the daily smooth running of the park restaurant and bistro areas - both by supporting teaching staff and learners, coordinating technical support, stock, food and equipment within the area - working closely with Head Chef / Commercial Manager to ensure that consumable spend stays within budget. Knowledge of the health and safety surrounding the catering industry is essential.

The successful candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively at a variety of levels, be customer focussed and have a passion for developing young people in the catering industry.
