Salary up to £55,000 plus package 

This is a great opportunity to join a respected national homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes. They are looking for strong Site Managers who can run a start from start to finish and has experience of volume residential build. 

The Role 
As an experienced Site Manager you will report to a Contracts Manager and be responsible for 
Working on complex and challenging developments to ensure that all aspects of the build programme are delivered to meet specified financial, quality, construction and safety targets. 
You will coordinate all on-site labour activities and will be responsible for driving your site completion on schedule, within in budget and to the customers satisfaction 
You will effectively manage sub-contractors, plant and materials 
You will be able to maintain Health, Safety and Environmental standard of the highest order. 
Providing clear direction to the on site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets 
Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates 
Ensures the development pass internal and external inspection processes 
Monitoring and controlling the quality of production, and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors 
Ensuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupation 

The Candidate
You will have extensive experience working within a Site Manager role or similar within the house building industry;
You will possess excellent communication skills and able to lead, motivate and manage a successful site team;
You will hold a CSCS Site Managers Card as a minimum
You will possess a relevant construction industry qualification
