We are urgently recruiting for a Room Leader based in a local nursery close to Plymouth City Centre. This Nursery is a large setting which provides high quality care and education services for children 0-5 years of age. Support is given to staff to continue their professional and career development. As a Supervisor, and member of the senior leadership team, you will provide coaching and support to the team as well as developing the future vision and ethos of the setting.

The ideal recruit would have the following:

Minimum Level 3 qualification essential

Previous experience in a senior role

Demonstrable leadership skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience of working with children under 3
