Trainee Foundry Workers and CNC Operators for Aluminium Die Casting Foundry and Machine Centre in Burton Latimer Northamptonshire.
Temporary to Permanent Positions
An excellent opportunity to start a career with an expanding company who manufacture mainly Engine components for large vehicle manufacturers such as Ford, Jaguar Landrover and Aston Martin.
A good level of spoken English is required. No previous experience is necessary but a background in Industrial Production work would be an advantage.
Applicants must be able to work all 3 shifts (0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600) on a rotation basis.
Temporary to Permanent Positions. Permanent Position with the company after 13 weeks.
Pay Rates first 13 Weeks
6am – 2pm £7.50 per hour
2pm – 10pm £8.37 per hour
10pm – 6am £8.66 per hour
After 13 weeks, the position becomes permanent with the company and the pay rates are:
6am – 2pm £8.24 per hour
2pm – 10pm £9.11 per hour
10pm – 6am £9.40 per hour
Overtime is available at Time plus one third Mon – Fri, Time plus half Saturday and Double time for Sunday working.
