£28,867 per annum

Fixed term contract until December 2017

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

You will primarily carry out repairs, renewals and other associated works as part of our multi-skilled teams working to improve the quality of our properties. In addition, you will carry out works in other associated trades as required.

You will have worked in a housing service/building maintenance environment or served a relevant apprenticeship. Able to work as part of a team and ensure works are carried out to meet manual handling and health/safety standards, you will be self-motivated and fully committed to customer service. In addition, you should have worked in occupied homes and a multi-skilled environment.

City and Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, together with a full driving licence are essential.
