We are looking to recruit an engaging and professional Business Development Manager to work within the Energy Sector - UK Wide
Key Objectives
1. Develop our clients commercial offering to the Energy Sector throughout the UK. Sourcing new clients and opportunities to maximise our position within this growing market, expanding our service offerings and raising the profile of the company.
2. Establish a competent, qualified and engaged team to ensure the Energy departments targets, financial and otherwise are delivered.
3. Ensure the company acquires the necessary accreditations to enable our client to become the market leader in Energy Surveying services.
Key Competencies
1. Have extensive relevant knowledge and experience within the Energy Generation and Distribution sectors, including the application of above and below ground Surveying services.
2. Have existing Business Development experience with a proven ability to deliver on goals and targets.
3. Have the ability to think pro-actively, build relationships, generate leads and identify opportunities from all areas and sectors.
4. Have a good working knowledge of SHEQ systems, operating policies and documented procedures.

1. Be self-driven and pro-active.
2. The ability to communicate and negotiate with clients at all levels.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and leadership skills.
4. Good financial understanding and control, including the ability to maximize revenue and deliver profitable growth.
