Receptionist - Part Time - Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our established team in Newport Vets4Pets practice on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.

The role will include will meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments and interacting with customers. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.

This is a part time role of 30 hours per week with no weekends!

By joining our surgery, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. This is a hands-on role in a small, busy team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels.
