Telesales Account Manager
Hereford, HR2
£16,000 - £20,000k D.O.E
Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for a Telesales Account Manager to join their fast growing company based in Hereford, HR2.
Their core product range being Plastic Shims, although they supply other innovative items too. They pride themselves on a very unique selling point which is that over 50% of their plastic shims are manufactured locally in Hereford, using post-consumer recycled material.
Position Summary
As Telesales Account Manager your role will be an office based, B2B sales role, concentrating specifically on our clients fixings distributor sector.
Your daily roles and responsibility will include an array of the following tasks, such as;
• Manage and develop your own set of accounts ranging from new to established customers
• Working to set daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Build specific product knowledge and a good understanding the market
• Deal with customer queries while offering advice and guidance
• Undertaking research of the marketplace and your customers to enhance your set of accounts
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will ideally hold sales experience however this is not essential and training will be provided where required. In addition you will have the required skills and experience to thrive in this environment, including;
• Be a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual who thrives in busy, upbeat sales environment
• You will ideally have experience within a sales role, B2B sales market, supported by some account management experience
• A confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills will be the key to your success as a Telesales Account Manager, alongside strong IT skills and strong organisational skills
• With excellent opportunities to visit renowned Trade Shows and Worldwide Exhibitions, flexibility is desirable
