Senior Account Manager, Customer Relationship Management

Our client is looking for a smart and customer-savvy Senior Account Manager to join their Customer Success team to manage customer accounts based in Aldgate, London.

It's an exciting time for their expanding company, who are introducing more estate agencies than ever to the power of their online rental property solution. You will be helping new customers understand their platform inside out and guiding them through their first few deals. Once new customers are up and running, you will be ensuring that the agencies get the best out of the platform and continue to be active, satisfied users of the product.

In order to succeed, you'll need larger than life communication skills and an ability to smile down the phone. You'll get to know their product inside out and be their biggest advocate. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growth company where no two days will be the same!

*Responsibilities*

  • Supporting customers with the platform and troubleshooting user queries
  • Working proactively on solving challenging external and internal issues to identify and implement creative solutions for customers
  • Building knowledge of the evolving product, ensuring feedback flows from your team to the relevant business and product partners
  • Working cross-functionally within the company to develop processes and improve customer experience
  • Collaborating with Sales and Tech team members to design and implement new product features
  • Up-selling additional product features and longer contracts to existing clients
  • Using data to measure the success of the training and customer satisfaction


*Skills and experience*

  • Proven experience of account management or dealing with customers, ideally software / saas account management
  • Great degree from a good university
  • Charismatic, with bags of empathy and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Capable of building a rapport quickly with just about anyone
  • Value customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
  • Highly organised multi-tasker, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts in excellent written and verbal English
  • Comfortable using data, working towards, and shaping targets
  • Your desire to learn is boundless, and you want to develop in a fast-paced start-up environment with humility and dedication
  • Experience using Salesfore or a CRM, and famiiarity using google apps is useful
  • Knowledge of the residential property industry would also be an advantage
