The company plays a leading role in public transport within the integrated transport strategy for the region. We are dedicated to developing and promoting high quality public transport services and infrastructure across the West Midlands. You will also liaise with suppliers to ensure the continued successful operation of passenger information systems and work with our partner authorities to create information for our journey to work area.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with large and varied datasets, proven supplier management, working with external stakeholders to deliver successful projects to tight timescales and be able to undertake root cause analysis and problem management work.

The successful candidate will also have experience of working with Bus, Rail and Metro operators to ensure delivery of day to day information provision and information projects and be able to undertake root cause analysis and problem management work.

In return for your hard work and commitment, we will reward you with a range of competitive and attractive benefits.
