Title: Information Integrity Specialist
Salary: £39,634 to £44,611 + excellent benefits
Contract: Maternity cover for up to 12 months
Hours: 36.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a data integrity/passenger information systems specialist to lead the Information Integrity team whilst the current manager is on maternity leave.
The role involves managing a dynamic team which process data for all WMCA passenger information outputs from at stop timetable information to real time information to third party journey planning, with the refresh of this data formally being required 10 times a year but also kept as up-to-date and accurate as possible outside of these formal change dates. You will also liaise with suppliers to ensure the continued successful operation of passenger information systems and work with our partner authorities to create information for our journey to work area.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with large and varied datasets, proven supplier management, working with external stakeholders to deliver successful projects to tight timescales and be able to undertake root cause analysis and problem management work.
The successful candidate will also have experience of working with Bus, Rail and Metro operators to ensure delivery of day to day information provision and information projects and be able to undertake root cause analysis and problem management work.
