They now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their Product Supply Team where you will work within the Supply Chain department. This is a permanent full time role based at their site in Andover.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate purchasing information is maintained with the ERP system, so that inbound deliveries are made in a timely manner and we are able to meet the demands for Textiles from the Laundries. Managing the shipping documentation and ensuring prompt payment to our suppliers, you will deal with queries, liaise with suppliers and make sure all open order books are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a good level of numeracy, and who is competent in Excel. With previous experience in supply chain – either procurement administration or import and export, you will be a team player who has experience of working with ERP systems (preferably AX).
