Serving the hair and beauty trade since 1954, we are a family business with a highly successful reputation based on the expertise of our staff and the industry leading service we provide to customers supplying brands such as Tigi, L'Oreal, Wella and OPI.
What are we looking for?
-An exceptional store manager with strong retail, or similar management experience to join our team at Bristol.
-You will be in charge of business development, using your experience to drive sales and ensure maximum profitability. You will have full operational accountability, taking charge of stock, cash handling and overseeing all aspects of the business to achieve targets.
-You will also be leading a team of 10 key staff, inspiring and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on our Company vision '"every customer will recommend us".
What are you looking for?
-An excellent work/life balance, something that we, as a Company value. -Closed on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, trading 9.00am - 5.00pm, with late opening until 8pm on Monday and Thursday only and Sunday 10.00am - 1.00pm on a rota basis.

-Previous knowledge of the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage, but more important is an interest and aspiration to grow sales of our products and develop the team to their full potential.
