A leading provider of customer process management services is currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader for their Bristol Call Centre. The Role
This is a key role within a fast-paced and customer focused environment and will suit an experienced leader who is passionate about coaching and developing others in order to deliver exceptional results. You would be tasked with supervising a team responsible for delivering excellent levels of customer service, effectively managing resources within the team, identifying training needs, and supporting the company ethos of professionalism, team spirit, and innovation.

The Bristol contact centre is 24/7 however this role is required to cover shifts between 8am -7pm Monday-Sunday (1 working weekend in every 8). The shift pattern is subject to change based on business requirements.

The Candidate
o Significant experience managing and developing a team within a call centre environment
o A natural and influential leader with excellent coaching skills
o Excellent communicator with the ability to form effective relationships at all levels
o Strong problem solving ability, able to manage difficult situations and find mutually satisfactory outcomes
o Highly organised, able to prioritise activities and multi-task, with particularly strong attention to detail
