Service Advisor

This family owned company has provided motor industry services in Teesside and York for over 65 years. During this time they have won numerous manufacturer awards and have built a reputation for excellent performance & customer service.

Due to the continuing development and expansion of their Nissan dealership at Nether Poppleton, York, they currently have vacancies for a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor.

Nissan's growth over recent years has been exceptional, as the model range has diversified and sales have increased dramatically. Their After Sales department is meeting the challenge and diversity of this increased workload and needs additional technicians who have the necessary skills and personal attributes.

Candidates must work to the highest of standards, communicate well and have a clear understanding of customer satisfaction.

Previous similar experience in the Motor Trade is essential. Nissan experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.

Excellent terms and conditions. Basic Salary of £16-21,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skills, with a bonus scheme worth up to an additional £4,000 per annum.
