A fantastic opportunity for a confident Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join one of Derby's leading residential agencies.

Our negotiators are enthusiastic, people-orientated individuals with a commitment to service and a professional approach to business who in return receive an uncapped commission package and the opportunity to progress through the ranks.

Dividing your time between our dynamic office and being out and about on viewings means that no two days are ever the same. You will build relationships with our clients to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before taking them to view our properties. When not on viewings it is imperative that our vendors and landlords are kept constantly updated and you will be responsible for handling negotiations and queries. Once a let or sale has been agreed it is up to you, with the help of your colleagues and manager to oversee and manage the entire process as swiftly as possible. This includes referencing, the signing of contracts and the most rewarding part of the job - handing over the keys!

The role is only open to applicants who can make a difference, who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and is looking to progress their career in the property industry and a clean UK driving license will be essential.

Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday plus one in three Saturdays 10am to 2pm.

The basic salary is negotiable and will be attractive (subject to experience).
