Post: 05-3224 
Salary: £32,171 to £36,902 per annum, fully inclusive

We have an exciting opportunity at East Berkshire Community Learning and Skills Service, a shared service delivering adult education programmes across Slough and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

This new post will work alongside the family learning coordinator supporting two managers in raising the quality of teaching and learning.

Through effective line management of a team of tutors you will motivate and support staff to deliver consistently high standards of teaching and learning across both boroughs.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is aspiring to become a curriculum manager. You will be qualified in further education teaching and experienced in managing people and programmes. You will be able to further develop your supervision skills, undertake lesson observations and support curriculum development.
