Responsible for preparing and setting up the structure at head office in readiness for the stock take process Client Details My client is a growing organisation in Bath Description Responsible for preparing the surgeries and setting up structure at head office in readiness for the stock take process. This involves setting up stock sheets where necessary, and liaising with surgeries to ensure they have the information they need prior to stock take. Will also be responsible for ensuring stock information received is in useable formats, and leading the team to valuing the stock after the stock count. Needs to have a high level of understanding on Microsoft Excel and be able to learn the usage of Jupiter and Open Accounts as well as other practice management systems to be able to extract stock data when needed. Must also be a strong communicator to liaise with all levels of staff at surgeries as well as senior central staff.
