We are working with one of the fast growing and most respected legal firms in the UK to help find a new member of their friendly, successful, and growing private client team in Taunton.
Working from lovely modern offices, with ample parking space, this is an opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to take the next step in their career.
Working within a team of experienced colleagues the successful candidate will be responsible for
-Supporting with the creation of legal documents through digital dictation
-Client correspondence including phone, face to face and email
-Answering client enquiries
-File maintenance, and retrieval
To be considered for this positions candidates will need to demonstrate some experience as a legal secretary, preferably within a private client or specific PTT team. Audio typing speeds of 60 + word per minute are also essential.
