Digital Marketing Specialist:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team consisting of a Marketing Manager, Assistant and company photographer.
This exciting role is geared towards a candidate who has a passion for Digital Marketing and a desire to be instrumental in driving the business forward. You will have professional experience with Analytics, PPC, eCommerce, Social Media and Website Strategy, along with dedication to providing a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for the upkeep and performance of the new corporate websites.
- Ongoing optimisation of the sites and site content for Organic search engine performance.
- Responsible for the eCommerce success of our corporate online stores.
- Responsible for the writing of creative and compelling copy for delivery across all digital communications, including website, email and social media platforms.
- Manage the social media advertising budget, design & place social media ads.
- Management of the Google AdWords budget and campaigns.
- Analytics - Provide accurate reporting of website and marketing campaign results using online analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Reporting on leads, sales and conversions to identify and prioritise major sales drives and highlight deficiencies.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience.
- Experience using the WordPress CMS platform
- Excellent Copy writing skills
- Knowledge and experience of eCommerce web platforms
- Excellent knowledge of SEO and PPC practices.
- Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of direct email software is desirable.
- Proficient with Google Analytics & AdWords (preferably Google Certified).
Skills and Behaviours:
- Excellent communication skills.
- The candidate should have commercial experience of successfully selling online.
- Ability to implement improvements effectively across the organisation.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to use and navigate all business software relevant to job description
