Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Business Intelligence Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

Working within the Governance & Assurance department, the postholder will report to the Performance & Accreditation Manager and work closely with other members of the department to ensure they deliver a proactive and efficient performance management and research service that accelerates and improves decision making, enhances internal business processes and increases operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, knowledge and skills:

• Experience of working in a performance management role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Proficient in the use of statistical analysis software (eg MS Excel, SNAP, SPSS etc)
• Experience of producing performance reports and visuals/infographics
• GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths grade A-C
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
