Study Inn has an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Administrator to join our team based in our Head Quarters in Coventry City Centre. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £18,000 per annum.

Study Inn provides student accommodation combining the security, quality and comfort of a luxury Hotel, with the fun and vibrancy of a University halls of residence.  With over 60 years’ development and operational experience originating from a Hotel background, the opportunity to accommodate a niche market combining the luxury of a hotel with student halls of residence. Study Inn originated in Coventry in 2009 with the objective of creating the best quality serviced student housing available in the UK.  Between 2009 and 2013 the Study Inn brand expanded opening three more centres in the heart of Coventry and new centres in Nottingham and Sheffield. Our continued expansion has gained the Study Inn brand a National and International reputation. We are also opening a brand new Centre in Cambridge for September 2016 new academic year and have many more to come. Offering an all-inclusive accommodation package, residents benefit from high quality student living including en-suite, fully fitted studios, including kitchen and appliances, to shared serviced living consisting of a luxury living room and dining area complete with fully fitted kitchen surrounded by 7 en-suite bedrooms.

Your responsibilities as our Reservations Administrator will include:

- Allocating current and future residents to their room choices and preferences

- Room moves and overseeing check ins in to buildings

- Reporting from the SIMs enquiry tracker

- Reporting from the SIMs re-let table and monitor the re-let table

- Blocking of group deals

- Availability updates from TCAS

- Send emails to customer around waitlists and upgrades

- Send portal emails for room offer and confirmation of agreements

- Provide support within the reservations team in other admin/customer service activities depending on business levels

- To carry out reasonable requests asked of you by your line manager

To apply as our Reservations Administrator, you will need to be:

- Highly organised with a logical approach

- Project & time management with close attention to detail

- Able to follow current processes but continually looking for ways to improve them

- Professional, proficient and proactive in approach

- Excellent relationship builder and able to influence

- Ability to communicate proficiently both in writing and orally – particularly on the telephone

- Can work under pressure in a calm and thoughtful way

- Likes to work as part of a team but equally comfortable working alone

- Enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and delivering

- Not afraid to keep chasing for information in the appropriate way when it is not forth coming

- Finish all work to a high standard even when under pressure/tight deadlines

- Excellent common sense and good sense of judgement

- Resilient and hard working

- Completely computer literate and high familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Have experience from a previous admin or customer service role

- All candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK to be considered
