The Head of Facilities reports to the Bursar and is responsible for the strategic, financial and operational management of the Maintenance Department, Grounds and Porterage.

Location: Cambridge
Salary: Between £37,075 and £42,955 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
This new role has been created to lead and co-ordinate the work of the facilities teams to ensure the effective, efficient and safe operation of facilities across the College. The post-holder will continue to innovate and explore opportunities for an enhanced service with the aim of providing a safe and friendly environment for students, staff and visitors.
