On Site Timber Frame/ SIP Installers

Modular AirSpace Systems incorporating SIPKIT is an offsite manufacturer of modular/ volumetric housing and classroom buildings. We also build onsite via our SIPKIT brand. We use Kingspan TEK SIP (structural insulated panel) as our primary build component and incorporate other structural elements where required.

We have several vacancies for applicants with SIP and/ or timber frame experience. You will be based at our Fareham factory, however will be required onsite during installations. We are looking for enthusiastic people who wish to share their experience with our experienced SIP team and learn something new with our unique system. Your work will include SIP assembly and you may undertake other finishing tasks such as external cladding, window fitting and general 2nd fix joinery work. Driving license is essential.

In return, we will offer you an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company; a full time PAYE contract with 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and your standard hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm. Outside of this, we will pay overtime, accommodation (where applicable), mileage and subsistence and you will participate in the company bonus scheme which can add a further 10% to your salary (paid quarterly).

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + Bonus up to 10% of Salary & Overtime
