With more than 20 years experience we provide bespoke and innovative assessment and care packages in a range of supported living models which include 24 hour domiciliary care and residential care home support services.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a flexible Support Worker to work across Greater Manchester and Stockport, working with adults with learning disabilities and Autism.

We're looking for people who want to make a difference to their own and others’ lives whilst working with an organisation who value you and your contribution. It is important that you are a good communicator and have excellent people skills.
