They currently have an opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to provide assistance to the commercial teams through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication of sales activities.

If successful in your application your duties will include:

• Collation of pricing proposals using Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF meeting agreed SLA.
• Act as the central point and working as part of a team reaching out to other departments to obtain information for tender documents. Formatting and collation of the document using Microsoft Word, Publisher and Adobe PDF meeting agreed strict deadlines.
• Timely provision of all scheduled and adhoc reports agreed with your line manager using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Use of CRM system updating records and extracting reports.
• General administration tasks supporting the sales teams and managers.
• Ensure all new sales leads are processed and allocated meeting agreed SLA.
• Arrangement of customer audits and collation of any post audit reports.
• Support the business on any ad-hoc administrative projects working to tight deadlines.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:

Essential:

• Advanced Level Microsoft Word & Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting and Macros).
• Salesforce.com administration experience.
• Proven administration experience.

Desired:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with individuals at various organizational levels.
