Administration Assistant – Head Office

Based: Fakenham

Our client is one of East Anglia’s leading independent retailers and has been established for over 125 years. They pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and they are currently looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to be part of their successful business.

Based within their Fakenham Superstore, this position has been created to initially provide cover during maternity leave in the personnel and payroll department but will lead on to providing administration support for all other head office departments, such as Financial Accounts, I.T, Health & Safety, etc on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate must have intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, basic knowledge of MS Word, good communication skills, accuracy and professionalism. Previous experience within Personnel, Health & Safety and Finance would be an advantage.

This position is based on 37.5/40 hours per week, over five days Monday to Friday.

The salary for this position is from £7.76 per hour to £8.61 per hour (depending on experience) plus company benefits.
