Test Analyst

This company is looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join their busy Application Support team based in Stanton Harcourt, near Witney.

What will they ask you to do?

This role will involve performing manual testing, impacted area testing, and exploratory testing when required. You will be collaborating with Developers to ensure the coverage of unit tests. You will work closely with the software developers to gain an understanding of each area of functionality, including the key features and who will use it.

You will have responsibility for defining the test strategy in conjunction with the Quality/Test Manager, along with defining the test plans and test scripts. Additionally, you will be 'hands-on' and run functional, user scenario, stress, performance, scalability and international tests with the ultimate goal of identifying and consequently ironing out any bugs to improve the quality of the finished product.

This role requires the ability to lead a small team of dedicated testers as the function grows over time.
