??18K - 35K basic salary with uncapped commission and very generous bonuses,

Well this role is with us actually, this is a unique opportunity to come in from a successful recruitment background, be treated like a human being, get on with it, do what you do best, and make a difference in a down-to-earth, lively environment.
We have developed a lovely client base, we are punching well above our weight and have some amazing clients on board who we have sweated blood and tears to impress, we work extremely hard to deliver exceptional results.
Hopefully you know a little about us, we specialise in Media Sales and have exciting plans for new divisions in Marketing, Digital and Finance with new strategically placed offices, so we'd love to be having exciting conversations with you....

We have had consistent and solid growth since we started and we have big plans to continue that growth by conquering new markets, taking on highly talented human beings and opening new offices in the UK and overseas.

What will I be doing?
YOU will be spreading the good word of TWC and telling new prospects how we consistently deliver excellent results for our existing clients (we actually are) and how we want to prove ourselves and impress them too.
Mainly you'll be in the office but of course you'll go out and meet your clients when necessary, we do occasionally work from home too.
We are of course results focussed, we're a supportive bunch so we'll share everything we know hopefully you'll probably be able to teach us a thing or two.
Would I be successful there?
Well, if you are full of energy have a real desire to get ahead, want to put your fingerprint on something special then that's a great start.
If you have recruitment experience in a specialist industry then that's fantastic, we'd also consider people who want to get into recruitment are keen to work ultra-hard and listen and learn
