BA Business Analyst, Scrum, Agile, Accounting Systems, ERP, Navision,

Business Analyst with skills in Agile is needed by this digital publisher with a truly global presence. Based in their offices in Maidenhead the role will be providing BA expertise, producing business requirements, identifying system impacts and defining appropriate solutions across the company's technical estate, with a strong focus on their ERP /Financial internal systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the successful execution of business process and product change
* Work with development teams, product owners and stakeholders to define product backlogs and acceptance criteria
* Third-party management, both project and operational
* Investigate operational opportunities and problems, seeking effective solutions through improvements in technology solutions and business processes
* Identify opportunities and the gathering business requirements; Lead and facilitate workshops
* Assist Operations and provide support as necessary


Experience
* Minimum of 4 years experience in Business Analysis
* Demonstrable experience of having worked across the full project lifecycle in both structured and agile environments with experience managing Technology and non-Technology stakeholders and vendors
Skills/knowledge
* A good understanding of general accounting systems and processes. Any exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be beneficial
* Experience with data analysis, migrations and Business Intelligence reporting
* Solid experience in workflows, ETL, data flow and data mapping
* Excellent analysis, and problem-solving skills
Competencies
* Proven track record of getting things done; Able to take ownership
* Excellent written and verbal skills, able to translate concepts into easily understood diagrams and visuals for both technical and non-technical people alike
* Eye for detail and quality. Ability to manage large amounts of data and evidence to form meaningful conclusions
* Demonstrate empathy, common sense and pragmatism. Be able to relate to both business and technology people but above all be innovative
* Flexible. Self-starter. Must be able to manage own time successfully. Ability to work well under pressure

Able to travel, UK and abroad (principally Poland)
