Our client is a food supplier and retailer based in Cheshire and have identified an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator.

The successful candidate will also be fully trained in their café and on the tills and will be required to cover these during busy periods.

Position Summary
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:
• Answering calls, filing, following up credit requests and effectively dealing with customer/supplier queries
• In-house signage and marketing
• Price updates and comparisons
• Ensuring labels on products are up to date and clean
• Covering on the shop floor and in the café when busy

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be:

• Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Creative and passionate about design as the marketing will involve creating posters and leaflets for the company
• Flexible with working hours
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting is advantageous but not essential
