We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Cambridge Regional College we are currently looking for a Lecturer – Foundation Learning to join our team based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will join us on a part time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £24,050 - £34,184 per annum, pro rata.

Cambridge Regional College is an ambitious and high achieving Further Education College. About the Lecturer – Foundation Learning role

An exciting opportunity is available for a .6 Lecturer to deliver multi skills subjects (woodwork/motor vehicle/practical subjects) to learners with learning difficulties and disabilities within the Faculty of Foundation Learning at Cambridge Regional College. You will deliver high quality, aspirational teaching on our Preparation for Adulthood programmes which enables learners to learn skills which will help them progress both academically and personally.

What we’re looking for in our Lecturer – Foundation Learning

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate experience of working with young people who face multiple barriers (such as disability, behavioural issues, NEETs and mental health issues). A knowledge of how to deliver outcomes identified in EHCP’s is also desirable.
