The business:
My client a high growth organisation, backed by private equity funding. Their growth has come both organically, as a strong player in their market, and through acquisitions. This growth will continue this year and beyond, and as such a commercially astute Financial Controller is required to manage the finance team through this expansion.
The role:
You will be managing a team, who will provide support to this role, which you will be required to develop. You will be responsible for all month end reporting for the business, as well as cash flow and working capital management, whilst looking for continuous improvement of controls and procedures in the business. The finance function is business facing, and value adding to the rest of the business, so you will be required to provide commercial insight and build relationships with other departments within the business
The candidate:
To be successful in your application for this role, it is essential that you will hold a full UK accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA). If you have trained and qualified in practice, you will have gained a number of years post qualified experience in industry, and be looking for that next step in your career
