Joining a newly formed telesales team, you will contact a number of potential customers to promote and sell their gas and electricity contracts.

Providing a strong level of customer service at all times, you will achieve personal sales targets including call rates, lead generation and contract sales whilst also contributing towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets. Leading the generation and appointment arranging for Field Sales, you will gain information from interaction with customers and ensure the accurate and timely update of internal systems.

This role demands a self-motivated and results driven individual who has proven telesales experience. With a high level of commercial acumen and good negotiation skills, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to build positive relationships. Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), you will be committed to an exceptional standard of performance and drive to achieve continuous improvement. Effective communication skills and the ability to resolve complex issues are essential.

Candidates must also have well developed experience of sales techniques and optimisation and will have ideally worked within the energy sector.
