Based in South Manchester, my client has global operations and has seen considerable success in recent years. The organisation has a high growth strategy, which has been facilitated by recent external investment. As a result of this growth, a number of positions have been newly created across the business including a Senior Management Accountant role.
The role:
In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation of the management accounts for the business. You will be required to relay financial analysis to other departments within the company, business partnering with budget holders to add commercial value.
As the business grows, there will be an increased emphasis on continuous improvement, so you will be involved with, and lead on, numerous ad hoc projects.
Role Requirements:
You will hold a full UK accounting qualification to be considered for this role (ACCA/CIMA) and will have had previous experience of management accounting, in a high transaction environment ideally.
It is preferable that you will have had experience in managing a small team, and can demonstrate the effective development of junior accountants.
What's on offer:
£35,000 - £40,000 plus additional benefits.
