Full Time Support Workers Required
£7.50 per hour plus sleep in allowance and excellent benefits
37.7 hours per week (plus overtime if desired)
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team based in Leeds supporting 4 ladies with complex learning & physical disabilities in their own home.
The main duties of this role include:
Supporting with food and drink
Supporting out in the community as well as in the home
Personal care
Medication
Manual handling
Light domestic duties
Supporting to make decisions by using a person centred approach
Record keeping
Computer literate
Handling money

What we need from you
You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and overnight as needed. You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
